CAMP

Endor Camp is a unique Camp with a clearcut just to the east of it, which is part of the trail into the camp. The Campsite Center is beautiful, with giant ferns and massive ridges. It has a "Challenging" difficulty rating due to an overgrown footpath on the edge of a clearcut & dense undergrowth to plow through. Parking could be better but is adequate for one & a bit of a squeeze for two vehicles. The starting point access is just near your parking on the Forest Service Road & is part of Tally's Hiking Trail - there is a sign stating the trail is closed, but you are only using a section of the trail to get to the campsite center. The water source is a small seasonal branch, mainly dry. Pack in your water. This is a great "Hiding Spot," just a short hike from your vehicle.

It can accommodate up to 3 shelters. The Hike is just shy of 500 yards in. There is a second marker tree to be aware of to start your off-trail hike.
