*MISSISSIPPI* - HOMOCHITTO NATIONAL FOREST

Tally's Creek Wild Camp is a great "Beginner" Camp with an "Easy" difficulty rating consisting of creekside flatlands with semi-upland mixed hardwood & pine stands and is genuinely a great quick "Overnighter" Wild Camp. There is adequate area for parking at Forest Service Road 186B @ the small creek bridge. The off-trail" hike is easy and parallels a portion of the Tally Creek Hiking Trail - mainly following the creek. Stay true to your coordinate navigation routing and be good to go. The total distance to Wild Camp is 405 yards. 

This Wild Camp Site can accommodate 3-4 tent/hammock shelters. Creek access is ideal. Travel/Trel to wild camp is flat, with minimal elevation change.
